Returns and exchanges
Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
If your items are returned back to us due to delivery failure we will contact you to let you know, and to arrange redelivery. In this instance, all shipping costs will need to be paid again.
Faulty products
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. If your items has a fault, simply send us an email to sales@tsfour.co.uk with a photo and description of the fault. If we deem the fault to be genuine we will arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.
